Barbara Mannino knows that what you show people is what they believe. She says that’s important to remember when building your personal or business brand which inform the perception people have of you. Today, more than ever, that perception must be memorable. Compelling content and captivating storytelling are the keys to achieving that.

As a brand messaging and storytelling consultant and writer, Barbara has been helping businesses and individuals build and showcase their brands for 30 years. She is known for her thorough research, thoughtful interviewing, and attentive listening. The thread that runs through all Barbara’s work is story … and her ability to help clients find and share their stories to develop a magnetic brand that creates connection and self-empowerment.

Barbara began her career as a journalist for a weekly newspaper, moved on to the global financial press as an editor for Best’s Week and Best’s Review magazine, covered business as a writer for Fox Business, and has been published in entrepreneur.com and HuffPost. She has also held senior editorial positions in Fortune 500 companies.

A graduate of Connecticut College with a degree in English, Barbara is the author of The Law Firm Revolution and a contributing writer to Business Boosts, Vols. 3 and 4.  She has won several awards for excellence in journalism, marketing communications, and leadership.

Barbara lives in Westfield, NJ with her husband, Ross. Her son, Keith, daughter, Meredith, and granddaughter, Clementine live nearby.

With a dynamic personality that matches her trademark red hair and signature sunglass collection,  Veronica L. Yankowski  has inspired and empowered clients through her creative approach to photography.

For almost 3 decades and since 2012 under her VeroLuce Photography brand, Veronica has created award-winning images brought to life through their soulfulness and dimension. Whether a portrait or commercial session, fashion or lifestyle shoot, wedding, bar- and bat- mitzvahs, or other important milestone, her talent to make clients feel at ease, pose them masterfully, and create the right light enables her to  visually capture the essence of their personal and business brand.

Veronica has a client list that includes many known brands. She’s created digital advertising campaigns for Bed Bath & Beyond and photographed Bruce Springsteen as well as celebrity chefs for The Food Network. She’s also traveled the world and landed magazine covers for her creative editorial photography.

Her book Magnificently Made, a compilation of stories by women that inspire and empower, was released in Fall 2023. Veronica’s Dialogue 3, published in 2002, features images from 9/11.

Veronica graduated from Rider University cum laude in 1996 with a degree in journalism. She won over 30 awards for her work with The New York Times, The Star-Ledger and The Associated Press. Veronica approaches her portrait photography with the same integrity and zeal with which she pursued photojournalism and has won awards for her wedding and event photography.

Veronica lives with her husband, John, in Northern New Jersey and has 3 children, Jason, Anastasia and Michael.

Dan knows. A CAS (Certified Advertising Specialist), he is the Founder and Head Moose of Roaring Moose, a promotional products agency.  Since 2016, Roaring Moose has been helping businesses and organizations find meaningful ways to build their brands and connect with their customers, members and employees through custom logo merchandise and apparel.

Dan’s introduction to the promotional products industry was at a boutique marketing & design agency. He was instantly hooked but a merger shifted his role to the New York startup world. He co-founded Flash Ventures, a manufacturer of consumer electronics accessories that held licenses for the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, 100+ colleges and universities, and entertainment properties including The Simpsons and Breaking Bad. 

He fulfilled his dream of returning to the promotional products industry with Roaring Moose where he is grateful to help businesses and give back to his community. In 2022, he was named Small Businessperson of the Year by the Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce.
A New Jersey native, Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. He lives in Woodbridge, NJ, with his wife Cheryl, their two sons Alex and Edward, and their three cats, Ozzy, Tucker, and Stella.

Manny Xidias has a keen eye for creative detail and unique insights into client processes. His agency experience and his background on the client side give him this edge. He is also adept at anticipating and immediately creating solutions to the issues that can sometimes occur on a project.

These talents serve him well as the Account Director at BiggerFish Marketing where he oversees client-staff interactions, ensures project quality, and communicates project status. They also make him and BiggerFish the company that fulfills client dreams of project delivery on time and on budget.

With over 10 years as a freelance graphic artist, 7 years as an Account Director in a NYC direct marketing agency, and 6 years in financial services at JPMorganChase, Manny brings a wealth of experience from both the client and agency sides. 

At JPMorgan, Manny held diverse roles including business analyst, project manager, and web content manager for the Private Bank. He also managed an alternate channels portfolio for credit card marketing in Chase Card Services.

His client-side experience covers cable and print ads, retail collateral, and new account acquisition events.

On the agency side, he handled multi-channel programs, product launches, custom mailers, and digital marketing. 

A native New Yorker, Manny holds a BS in Technical Writing and Corporate Communications from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He currently lives in Clark, NJ, with his wife, Rozy, his daughter, Sophia, and his son, Yianni.
